Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Primavera Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM and Primavera P6 to join our dynamic team. As a Primavera Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping organizations streamline project management processes using Oracle EPM and Primavera P6. Key Responsibilities :

- Consulting Expertise : Provide expert-level guidance and support on Oracle EPM and Primavera P6 solutions for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.

- Project Management : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of project schedules.

- System Optimization : Analyze, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM and Primavera P6 to meet the unique needs of the clients business and projects.

- Training & Support : Offer training sessions for users on Primavera P6 and Oracle EPM, providing ongoing support for any system-related issues.

- Reporting & Analysis : Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance, helping teams make data-driven decisions.

- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project objectives are met and stakeholders are satisfied.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in Primavera P6 and Oracle EPM implementations.

- Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource management, and reporting within Primavera P6 and Oracle EPM.

- Experience with project management methodologies, including PMP or Prince2 (a plus).

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to train and mentor team members on Primavera and Oracle EPM functionalities.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Primavera P6 or Oracle EPM (a plus).

- Experience with data integration and customizations of Oracle EPM.

- Strong knowledge of project control processes and methodologies.
