In this role, you will :
- Design and build automation systems using Python, APIs, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
- Automate workflows across email, PDFs, web portals, and internal operations.
- Build multi-step pipelines and orchestrated systems, not one-off scripts.
- Work directly with teams to redesign processes for automation.
- Develop a centralized automation system with logging, monitoring, and error handling.
- Make thoughtful decisions around tooling, balancing performance, cost, and scalability.
- Build systems around real insurance workflows including submissions, quoting, binding, renewals, and policy servicing.
You should be strong in :
- Python and backend system design.
- API integrations and system connectivity.
- Web automation such as Playwright or Selenium.
- PDF parsing, OCR, and email parsing.
- AI and LLM integrations with practical application.
- Workflow orchestration and pipeline design.
- AWS or Google Cloud.
- Insurance agency workflows and carrier portal processes.
