- Help define and lead the GenAI strategy for the Tax function, identifying high-value use cases and setting standards for adoption.

- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform workflows (e.g., intelligent assistants, AI-driven classification, anomaly detection, automated audit support, document summarization, retrieval-augmented reporting).

- Partner with senior Tax, Product, and Engineering leaders to drive requirements and deliver tools with measurable business impact.

- Lead the development of real-time, AI-powered analytics and recommendation engines that drive decision-making across the org.

- Establish governance, evaluation, and best practices for responsible use of AI in tax and compliance workflows.

- Mentor and guide analysts and engineers on applying GenAI/LLMs effectively in automation projects.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI, GenAI, and data automation, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions at scale.

- Strong Communication & Clarity of Thought :

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex projects, methodologies, and outcomes.

- Can articulate the business problems being solved, the rationale behind chosen approaches, and the impact of delivered solutions in a structured and concise manner.

Model Selection & Justification :

- Demonstrates the ability to evaluate and select models by considering cost, scalability, and computational efficiency.

- Capable of reasoning why a particular model or Gen AI technique was applied over alternatives, balancing accuracy, business value, and resource trade-offs.

Strategic Guidance on Gen AI Best Practices :

- Hands-on experience in advising organizations on best practices for leveraging Generative AI tools.

- Provides thought leadership in areas such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, data preparation, model evaluation, and responsible AI usage.

- Ensures compliance with ethical AI guidelines, governance, and data privacy considerations.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership :

- Works closely with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

- Guides developers and data scientists on designing, building, and deploying scalable Gen AI or data science solutions.
