Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Architect Solutions : Develop and architect server and storage solutions using Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, VAST Data, Cloudian, and Tandberg Tape Library products for enterprise-level customers.

- Technical Pre-sales Support : Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the pre-sales process. Conduct technical workshops, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to demonstrate the value of solutions.

- Solution Implementation : Lead the deployment, installation, configuration, and optimization of storage and server solutions. Oversee project execution to ensure it aligns with customer needs and company standards.

- Customer Engagement : Collaborate with customers to evaluate their existing infrastructure, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend storage and backup solutions that optimize their operations.

- Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning : Analyze workloads and recommend suitable server and storage infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.

- Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and project reports.

- Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training to internal teams, partners, and customers on the products and solutions being implemented.

- Technology Awareness : Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in storage and server technology, including trends in HPC, hybrid cloud, and backup solutions, ensuring the company offers innovative solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in server and storage solution design and deployment.

- Proven expertise in implementing and managing solutions using products like Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, VAST Data, Cloudian, and Tandberg Tape Library.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) storage architectures.

- In-depth experience with SAN/NAS storage, object storage, and distributed storage systems.

- Expertise in server architecture, storage management, data protection, backup, and recovery solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and integration with hybrid environments.

- Competence in networking protocols and infrastructure virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.

Certifications :

- Relevant certifications in storage or server platforms, such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, EMC, or specific vendor certifications (Supermicro, Infortrend, etc.) are a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-native storage solutions and object storage platforms like Cloudian.

- Hands-on experience with backup systems, especially those incorporating tape libraries (Tandberg or equivalent).

- Prior experience working with VAST Data and DDN Tintri solutions for scalable, high-performance storage.

- Knowledge of data protection strategies, including disaster recovery and business continuity.
