Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Lead Microsoft Dynamics F&O.

The Presales Lead will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and preparing presentations and demonstrations.

This role includes engaging with clients, providing expert consultation, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting the sales team with presales activities.

The Presales Lead will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions are viable and aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications :

- Strong Analytical Skills to understand and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.

- Experience in Consulting and delivering expert advice to clients.

- Proven track record in Presales within the IT industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O or similar ERP systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
