Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs, technical landscape, and challenges.

- Translate business requirements into high-level Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept configurations to showcase solution capabilities.

- Create and present solution architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and technical documentation during the pre-sales process.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery, and technical) to develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing estimates.

- Stay current on Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.

- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and provide input on strategic sales messaging and proposals.

- Present demos and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating value and expected outcomes.

- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and solution playbooks to streamline the sales-to-delivery handover.

- Support the Sales team in closing opportunities by bringing domain expertise and platform insight into every stage of the sales cycle.

- Assist in pricing, licensing consultations, and project scoping exercises.

- Participate in capability presentations, webinars, and prospect Q&A sessions as the Salesforce SME

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in a pre-sales or client-facing solutioning role.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
