- Engage with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements

- Document requirements using BRD, FRD, SRS, DFD, use cases, and flowcharts

- Conduct gap analysis and outline requirements for solution design

- Prepare mockups and prototypes to visualize solutions for clients

- Support Sprint Planning & Execution with the development team

- Manage documentation and project tracking using tools like MS Project, Visio, Balsamiq

- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during requirement discussions and presales

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders

- Ensure continuous client satisfaction by providing updates, addressing queries, and aligning expectations

- Understand mobile and web application technologies

- Exposure to frameworks and platforms such as MEAN, ASP.NET, iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter is a plus

- Ability to collaborate with developers and testers to translate requirements into deliverables

- Work closely with project managers, developers, QA, and other team members

- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Presales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of requirement documentation and project management

- Proficiency in tools like Visio, Balsamiq, MS Project

- Experience with software requirements specification, flowcharts, and use cases

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to web and mobile technologies (MEAN stack, ASP.NET, React Native, iOS, Android, Flutter)

- Experience in risk management and gap analysis

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
