Presales Architect - GTM System

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Architect with strong expertise in GenAI, Cloud Infrastructure, Application Development, API/Microservices, and Security.

The role is pivotal in shaping winning solutions by working closely with Sales, GTM, Delivery, and Product teams.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical solutioning skills with strong business articulation clearly communicating what we sell, how we differentiate, and how our solutions drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Client Engagement & Solutioning :

- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to understand client business objectives, pain points, and transformation goals.

- Lead discovery workshops, solution discussions, and technical assessments.

- Translate business requirements into clear, differentiated technical solutions.

- Present solution narratives to CXOs, IT leaders, and architecture forums.

Architecture & Technical Design :

Design end-to-end architectures across:

- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Application Development & Modernization

- API & Microservices platforms

- Application Managed Services

Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using :

- Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/ECS), Apigee

- REST / gRPC-based integrations

Incorporate application security-by-design, including authentication, authorization, secure APIs, and data protection.

Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, and APM tools (Dynatrace, cloud-native tools).

GenAI & AI Solutioning :

Design GenAI-enabled use cases such as :

- Intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants

- Knowledge search, summarization, and document processing

- Developer productivity accelerators

- Work with Google Cloud AI/GenAI services (Vertex AI, LLM integrations, prompt engineering concepts).

- Define responsible AI, security, data privacy, and governance considerations.

- Articulate GenAI business value, ROI, and differentiation in proposals and presentations.

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering :

Architect cloud infrastructure using best practices for :

- Scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization

- Landing zones, VPCs, IAM, networking, and storage

- Define containerization and orchestration strategies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Drive DevOps and CI/CD architecture (Git, Jenkins, Maven, cloud-native pipelines).

Pre-Sales Execution & Assets :

- Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with strong technical and commercial inputs.

- Build POCs, demos, and reusable accelerators showcasing SIDGS capabilities.

- Create effort estimates, solution BOMs, and pricing inputs.

- Develop and maintain standardized templates:

Go-To-Market (GTM) & Business Articulation :

- Bring clarity on what SIDGS is selling across Digital, Cloud, API, DevOps, and GenAI offerings.
