What Youll Do :

As a Senior Software Engineer Delphix at LevelShift, you will:

- Data Discovery & Profiling: Design, develop, and maintain tools to identify sensitive data across structured and unstructured data sources.

- Masking & Tokenization: Develop and manage data masking and tokenization policies, templates, and algorithms ensuring referential integrity and consistency across systems.

- Delphix Engine Operations: Build, operate, and optimize Delphix Compliance Engines (Continuous Compliance / Hyperscale Compliance) for performance and scalability across large datasets.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure end-to-end compliance with global data protection and privacy frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CCPA.

- System Performance & Monitoring: Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization of masking systems; proactively tune, troubleshoot, and optimize configurations.

- Customer & Internal Support: Partner with customer and internal teams to support deployments, resolve technical issues, and enhance the configuration of compliance engines.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive process automation and orchestration to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance accuracy across environments.

Your Skillset:

Were seeking a technically strong and compliance-focused engineer with hands-on experience in Delphix data privacy technologies.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Masking using Delphix Compliance Engines.

- Delphix Continuous Compliance Engine

- Data Masking & Sensitive Data Discovery

- Regulatory & Data Privacy Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CCPA)

- Data Control Tower (DCT) configuration and management

- Performance Tuning: Proven ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance for large, complex datasets.

- Collaboration: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and functions.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Hyperscale Compliance Engine.

- Exposure to large data volumes and complex schema architectures.

- Familiarity with non-relational or semi-structured data sources such as Parquet, XML, and JSON.

- Experience in orchestration or clustering of masking engines for enterprise-scale deployments.
