Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWX Ansible.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Architect CI/CD pipelines and champion DevOps best practices across teams

- Implement and manage observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana for real-time monitoring and alerting

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and high availability

- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering

- Strong proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation.

- Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and operations.

- Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and visualization

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., GithubActions, ArgoCD)

- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional engineering teams
