Fullstack Engineer

We're looking for a capable and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of building UI components across mobile & web (or PWA) platforms while also maintaining and optimizing backend services. You'll be joining a project where the backend infrastructure is already in place, but you'll be responsible for both frontend development and backend maintenance.

What You'll Work On :

- Develop and maintain a unified codebase using React Native + React Native Web

- Implement cross-platform UI/UX while allowing for platform-specific tweaks

- Use a monorepo structure (Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces, or Nx) for scalable and maintainable development

- Build, fix, and maintain backend APIs and services

- Set up and manage monitoring systems to ensure application reliability and performance

- Debug and resolve issues across the entire application stack

- Implement and optimize database queries and data processing

- Collaborate closely with product designers and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences across platforms

- Interpret wireframes and design system docs into high-quality UI components

- Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of mobile apps to the Play Store and App Store

What We're Looking For :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native

- 5+ years overall in frontend or fullstack development

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript

- Experience with backend development and API design/implementation

- Knowledge of server monitoring tools and performance optimization

- Experience building and publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store

- Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux or equivalent)

- Comfortable working with native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android; Swift/Objective C for iOS)

- Familiarity with modern architectural approaches like monorepos and shared business logic layers

Bonus Points For :

- Experience with React Native Web

- Prior use of Capacitor for bridging web and native apps

- Exposure to AWS services and infrastructure

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for app deployment

- Experience with Go programming language

- Experience in multi-platform UI theming and performance optimization

- Knowledge of database optimization and query performance tuning

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
