Pranathi Software - Senior Data Scientist - Generative AI & Agentic Systems

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist passionate about pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence. This role focuses on developing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic Systems utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and advanced AI protocols. You will lead complex projects that span across text, vision, and multimodal data, driving innovation in cutting-edge AI research and product development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models including Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, and agentic AI systems.

- Lead the research and implementation of AI solutions leveraging transformers such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, and Claude for diverse applications.

- Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Build agentic AI systems that interact autonomously and intelligently using frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI API, and Hugging Face ecosystems.

- Develop multimodal AI solutions integrating NLP, computer vision (CV), and reinforcement learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers to deploy scalable AI-driven applications.

- Implement Dockerized environments for reproducible model training, testing, and deployment.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and incorporate best practices in model interpretability, fairness, and ethics.

- Mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technical field; PhD is a plus.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience working with large-scale AI/ML projects, particularly in generative AI and agentic systems.

- Strong expertise in transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude).

- Hands-on experience with generative AI models including diffusion models for image/video/text synthesis.

- Proficient in Python programming with deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Experience with agentic AI platforms, autonomous agents, and conversational AI frameworks like LangChain.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools is preferred.

- Solid understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
