Role Overview :
We are looking for a QA / SDET who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of cloud-native integration services built on Microsoft Azure and .NET. The role involves close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to embed automated testing and quality best practices into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready APIs and event-driven services.
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute automated and manual test plans for Azure-based APIs, serverless functions, and event-driven workflows.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for HTTP-based and messaging-based integrations.
- Validate API contracts, data mappings, and canonical schemas across internal and external systems.
- Test integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party SaaS applications.
- Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and telemetry standards are met.
- Support CI/CD pipelines by implementing quality gates for blue/green and canary deployments.
- Perform performance, security, and reliability testing for cloud services.
- Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Ensure overall system quality, stability, and compliance with engineering best practices.
Required Skills :
- 4+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles supporting cloud-based and .NET applications.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as C#, Postman, Playwright, or similar.
- Strong experience with API testing, data validation, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, API Management, messaging services, and databases.
- Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
