Role Overview :
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work across IT services and product environments, translating business needs into clear requirements for Data, Cloud, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership, along with ownership of documentation, delivery alignment, and commercial coordination (SOW & PO).
Responsibilities :
- Act as a bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documents.
- Support project planning, scope definition, and change management.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Own and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope clarity, effort estimation support, and deliverables alignment.
- Coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) with finance and procurement teams; track commercials, burn, and milestones.
- Ensure alignment between scope, delivery, and billing to avoid overruns or mismatches.
- Participate in UAT, validations, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience working on Data, Cloud, and AI-related projects.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SOW creation, scope management, and PO tracking.
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have :
- SQL skill
