Mid-Level Sterling Developer

Location : Hyderabad, India

Employment Type : Full-time (On-site)

We're seeking a skilled Mid-Level Sterling Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, you'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway solutions. What You'll Do :

- Solution Development & Maintenance : Design, code, test, and deploy robust integration solutions using Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert troubleshooting and ongoing support for existing Sterling applications and integration flows.

- Technical Specification : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

- Integration Expertise : Work with various integration protocols, including AS2, SFTP, and FTPS, to ensure seamless data exchange.

- EDI & MFT Knowledge : Apply your knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and MFT (Managed File Transfer) concepts in daily development and support tasks.

- Code & Database Proficiency : Utilize your technical skills in Java, XML, XSLT, SQL, and DB2 for development and data management.

- Performance Optimization : Conduct performance tuning and debugging of integration solutions to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.

- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of business requirements.

Key Requirements :

- 2- 5 years of experience in Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway development and maintenance.

- Technical skills in Java, XML, XSLT, and database technologies like SQL and DB2.

- Good knowledge of EDI, MFT (Managed File Transfer), and integration protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS).

- Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging integration solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in IBM Sterling or related technologies are a plus.
