ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are looking for a Senior SDET who can own automation across our web, API, and mobile (Android/iOS) ecosystems, and who is excited about pioneering AI within our testing workflows. You will work closely with development, product, and operations teams to build resilient, blazing-fast, and maintainable automation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Architect Multi-Layer Frameworks : Design, build, and maintain high-performance automation frameworks across web, mobile, and backend API layers.

- Own Quality End-to-End : Take complete ownership of test coverage from initial test design to CI/CD integration.

- Advance Framework Design : Implement and scale clean design patterns like Page Object Model (POM) and contract-driven API testing.

- Drive AI Innovation : Integrate AI/LLMs into the testing lifecycle for test generation, self-healing locators, and intelligent failure triage.

- Supercharge CI/CD : Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated regression and smoke suites.

- Bridge Dev and Ops : Triage production errors and telemetry signals to drive coverage improvements.

- Metrics & Governance : Define and report critical quality metrics directly to engineering leadership.

- Mentor & Lead : Mentor mid-level and junior SDETs through code reviews and architectural guidance.
