We are seeking experienced and highly skilled RPA Developer to join our growing automation team in Kochi.

As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that optimize our business operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process requirements into scalable, efficient, and resilient RPA workflows.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, who are passionate about innovation and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Build robust, reusable, and efficient automation scripts that integrate with various applications, including ERP, CRM, web, desktop, and legacy systems.

- Work closely with process owners to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.

- Ensure developed bots meet quality, security, and compliance standards.

- Manage the full RPA lifecycle - from feasibility assessment, design, development, testing, and deployment to production support.

- Monitor and maintain RPA bots post-deployment to ensure accuracy and performance stability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

- Implement version control, logging, and exception handling best practices.

Innovation & Collaboration :

- Explore emerging RPA trends and tools, including AI/ML integrations, document understanding, and process mining.

- Work collaboratively with IT, Data, and Business Operations teams to align automation initiatives with company objectives.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal training and best-practice frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.

- Strong proficiency in one or more leading RPA platforms : UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Solid understanding of workflow design, API integration, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, VBScript, or PowerShell).

- Experience in process documentation, exception handling, and bot orchestration.

- Familiarity with OCR tools (ABBYY, Tesseract) and AI-based automation extensions is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process improvement.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
