About the Role :

Were seeking a visionary Capability Lead Databricks to join our Data business leadership team.

This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact data and AI/ML solutions.

Youll collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and technology partners to shape our Lakehouse strategy and lead innovation across engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance Databricks-based offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.

- Lead solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits.

- Provide technical oversight on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Structured Streaming.

- Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

- Build and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent pool.

- Partner with sales and pre-sales to position Databricks solutions.

- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiatives.

What Were Looking For :

- 12- 15 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML.

- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks.

- Deep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python/Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools.

- Experience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI tools.

- Strong background in solution architecture, presales, and stakeholder engagement.

- GCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferred.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services.
