Role : Practice Lead Presales
We are seeking a dynamic Practice Lead Presales to drive solution consulting and go-to-market initiatives across the [Digital Solutions/ AI Solutions / Cybersecurity/Enterprise sales] practice. This role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate client needs into impactful solutions and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct demos, workshops, and PoCs to showcase solution value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to close deals.
- Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants/solution architects.
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Requirements :
- Strong expertise in Digital Solutions/ AI / Cybersecurity/Enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Proven track record in solution design, proposals, and deal closures.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
