Job Description

Role Summary :

As the Head of Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, delivery, and growth of our Salesforce services.

You will oversee a team of developers, architects, and consultants, ensure high-quality implementations, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap for the organization

- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment

- Provide technical leadership on architecture and complex solutioning

- Lead pre-sales activities, including proposal building, client presentations, and solution design

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Salesforce team

- Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

- Manage client relationships and act as a senior escalation point

- Drive quality assurance, compliance, and internal process improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product

- Ensure optimal use of Salesforce licenses, tools, and third-party integrations

Key Requirements :

- 8+ years of IT experience, with minimum 5+ years of Salesforce leadership

- Proven experience in leading multiple Salesforce implementation projects

- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing/Experience Cloud

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development (Apex, LWC), and deployment

- Experience working with global clients in a consulting/delivery environment

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Salesforce Certifications (System/Application Architect preferred; CTA is a plus)
