The Practice Head RPA will be responsible for building, managing, and growing the organizations RPA practice, driving automation strategy, overseeing delivery, and ensuring client success. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership skills, and strong stakeholder management to scale automation initiatives across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the RPA practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify automation opportunities across industries and verticals.
- Establish RPA governance, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Practice Development
- Build and lead a high-performing RPA team including developers, solution architects, and business analysts.
- Create training programs to continuously upskill team members in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) and related technologies.
- Develop partnerships with RPA vendors and technology partners.
- Delivery & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end RPA project delivery from discovery and design to deployment and support.
- Ensure RPA solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Business Growth & Client Engagement :
- Support sales teams with pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
- Build relationships with key clients to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet practice revenue and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 18+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8-10 years in RPA and Intelligent Automation.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary automation teams.
- Strong knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Understanding of AI/ML, OCR, process mining, and intelligent document processing is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
