Role : Practice Leader, Application Engineering & Presales

Location : Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

Role Overview :

Lead and scale the Application Engineering Practice across digital engineering, application modernization, integration, and cloud-native solutions.

This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role with strong ownership of pre-sales, solutioning, and deal conversion across global markets (US/UK/Australia).

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive practice strategy, growth, and governance

- Lead large transformation programs (modernization, integration, cloud)

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level clients

- Own end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle : discovery, solutioning, architecture, estimation, pricing, and proposal creation

- Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution orals, and client presentations

- Partner with sales to shape large deals, drive conversions, and support revenue growth

- Build compelling value propositions, differentiators, and reusable solution assets

- Develop go-to-market offerings aligned to industry needs

- Build engineering capabilities, accelerators, and innovation frameworks

- Develop and mentor high-performing engineering teams

Must-Have Experience :

- 5+ years in leadership roles (Practice/Architecture)

- Strong background in application engineering & large program leadership

- Proven track record in winning deals through strong pre-sales and solutioning

- Experience in client-facing roles and executive presentations

- Experience working onshore with clients (US/UK/Australia)

- Insurance domain expertise

- Expertise in cloud, microservices, APIs, and modern engineering practices
