Overview :

Our Hosting team manages and supports the infrastructure of all our platforms, from hardware to software, to operating systems to PowerSchool products. This collaborative team helps meet the needs of an evolving technology and business model with a specialized focus on protecting customer data and keeping information secure. We work closely with product engineering teams to deliver products into production environments across Azure and AWS.

Description :

- Design, develop and operate Infrastructure-as-code automation for Terraform, K8s, Snowflake, and while also executing customer tenant migrations in Analytics and Insights.

- Manage and optimize K8s clusters and workloads using Argo CD, Flux and Helm.

- Configure and support dynamic connector configurations.

- Work with the Product Engineering teams in building out the specifications and provide scalable, reliable platforms for the automation/delivery platform

- UI Development for internal dashboards and management applications

- CI/CD pipeline engineering and support

- Environment support including production support

- Participate in on-call schedules

Requirements :

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant and related work experience.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

- Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.

- Advanced knowledge and experience with Kubernettes, Flux, Terraform or equivalent technologies

- Advance knowledge of AWS services, including EKS, EFS, RDS, ECS, etc

- Working knowledge of monitoring, logging and alerting tools like Grafana and Prometheus

- Strong Java, Python, and Git experience

Preferred :

- Solid understanding of software engineering principals

- Azure experience a plus.
