About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform integrations with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and SharePoint.

This is a hybrid role, combining both remote flexibility and in-office collaboration to drive innovation and deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to streamline business processes.

- Design, build, and enhance apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse and external data sources.

- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and other third-party systems via custom connectors and APIs.

- Extend platform functionality using PowerFX, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

- Build and maintain custom connectors and ensure seamless interoperability across systems.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform solution design, and deliver functional prototypes.

- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and governance compliance in all Power Platform implementations.

- Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture, workflows, and best practices.

- Guide and mentor junior developers and support the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of total IT experience, with 4+ years dedicated to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure services integration.

- Expertise in PowerFX, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and Dataverse.

- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), version control, and environment management within Power Platform.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and governance principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

- Microsoft Certification (PL-400 / PL-600 / PL-900) preferred.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Power Pages, Dynamics 365, and Azure Logic Apps / Functions.

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
