We are looking for a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience working with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with the ability to transform complex business requirements into robust, scalable low-code applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy applications and automation workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications and effective application solutions.

- Integrate Power BI dashboards and reports into PowerApps to deliver real-time insights and analytics to users.

- Build and customize solutions in SharePoint Online, leveraging Power Platform tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.

- Understand business use cases and design intuitive, user-friendly applications to solve real-world problems.

- Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and project managers.

- Document all technical designs, configurations, and procedures in a clear and concise manner.

- Provide support and troubleshooting expertise for Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and experience building SharePoint-integrated solutions.

- Proven ability to interpret business requirements and design technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

- Experience with PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), custom connectors, and Power Automate flows.

- Strong knowledge of data connectors, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and integration with external systems.

- Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data visualization.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
