PowerApps Developer - MS Dynamics 365 Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer specializing in Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This individual will lead our enterprise-grade implementations, customizations, and CI/CD initiatives across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

- Deliver complex D365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, Business Central) in alignment with organizational goals.

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform and Azure components.

- Optimize data model alignment, dataflows, and transformations for performance and scalability.

- Integrate D365 and Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps.

- Maintain multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) with governance best practices.

- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and D365.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose proof-of-concepts and facilitate module adoption.

Operational Duties :

- Create standards around development practices to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate and ensure consistent communication across internal resources.

- Mentor junior team members in best practices for low-code development.

Preferred Certifications :

- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect

- PL-400: Power Platform Developer

- MB-910/MB-920: Fundamentals in D365 Applications

- Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400) are an advantage.
