Role : Power Apps / Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps / Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting business applications using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, C#, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.

- Implement and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and data models.

- Create and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation and system integrations.

- Configure Dynamics 365 workflows, business rules, business process flows, and other platform capabilities.

- Develop custom plug-ins using C#/.NET for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.

- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 APIs.

- Build custom actions, custom APIs, integrations, and reusable components where required.

- Work with Copilot Studio to design and implement AI-powered conversational agents and business process automation.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other Microsoft and third-party applications using APIs, connectors, and Azure services.

- Troubleshoot application issues, performance problems, integration failures, and production defects.

- Follow Microsoft Power Platform best practices for ALM, solution management, security, governance, and deployment.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong development experience with C# and .NET.

- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customizations.

- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio.

- Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, custom connectors, and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Power Platform security, roles, permissions, and environment management.

- Understanding of Power Platform ALM, managed/unmanaged solutions, and deployment pipelines.

- Experience with Azure services and DevOps is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
