We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerApps (both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and integration with various Microsoft and external services. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that improve business processes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.

- Integrate PowerApps solutions with Microsoft ecosystem services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources including SQL Server, Azure, and RESTful APIs.

- Automate business workflows and processes leveraging Power Automate (Flow) to improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and end-users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Customize and extend Power Platform capabilities through PowerFX expressions, JavaScript customization, and the development of custom connectors.

- Ensure applications comply with organizational security policies, data governance standards, and scalability requirements.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for existing PowerApps solutions to enhance reliability and user experience.

- Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders to maximize adoption and effective use of PowerApps applications.

- Develop documentation including solution design, functional specifications, and user guides.

- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and regular team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6 to 13 years of experience designing and developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate to automate business processes and workflows.

- Proficiency in integrating PowerApps with Microsoft services like SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources such as SQL Server and Azure.

- Solid understanding of PowerFX expressions and JavaScript for customization and extending PowerApps functionality.

- Experience building and managing custom connectors and APIs to enable seamless integrations.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform security model, data policies, and best practices.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable PowerApps solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced development teams.
