Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Analyst / BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards, creating data models, analyzing business requirements, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Build scalable and efficient data models to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into reporting and visualization solutions.

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.

- Develop business applications and process automation solutions using Power Apps.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver effective BI solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.

- Improve reporting performance through query tuning and data model optimization.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard Development.

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization.

- Experience creating reports, scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

- Good understanding of Oracle Database.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.

- Experience with DAX, Power Query, and BI best practices.

Functional Skills :

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience working with large datasets and complex business scenarios.

- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.

- Experience in enterprise reporting and analytics environments.

- Exposure to cloud data platforms is an added advantage.
