Role Summary :

Looking for an experienced Power Platform Tech Lead with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise application development, solution design, deployments, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).

- Develop and manage Power Automate Cloud Flows and RPA/Desktop Flows

- Design and customize Power Pages applications

- Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL Server, SAP, and REST APIs

- Handle solution deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments

- Ensure governance, security, compliance, and ALM best practices

- Collaborate with business, cyber security, infrastructure, and support teams

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance

- Mentor junior developers and support project delivery

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages

- Expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, REST APIs, and JSON

- Experience in solution management and environment deployments

- Good understanding of security roles, permissions, and governance

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Power Platform Certifications

- Exposure to Azure Services

- Experience in enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations
