We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Power Platform Senior Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy custom applications using Power Apps, focusing on building efficient, scalable, and user-friendly apps.

- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate to drive operational efficiency.

- Create intelligent, AI-powered chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to improve customer and user interactions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise applications and data sources (e.g. SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server).

- Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues in the applications and automation workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and features in Power Platform to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying custom applications and automating workflows.

- Good knowledge of integrating Power Platform solutions with data sources like SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.

- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles and best practices.

- Experience with connectors, custom connectors, and Power Platform integrations.

- Proficiency in writing expressions, formulas, and working with the Power Platform Common Data Service (CDS).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Experience in working with agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
