Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role involves working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI-driven solutions via CoPilot Studio to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver high-value business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with Dynamics 365, Azure, and external systems, while maintaining strong governance, version control, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with intuitive user experiences, optimized performance, and responsive layouts.

Automation & Workflow Orchestration :

- Create automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes, integrate with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.

AI Integration :

- Implement AI-driven functionalities using CoPilot Studio and agent-based frameworks to deliver intelligent, context-aware business applications.

API & Connector Integration :

- Develop and configure custom connectors to integrate external systems, REST APIs, and data services into the Power Platform ecosystem.

Version Control & CI/CD :

- Manage solution deployments using Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure controlled and consistent releases.

Troubleshooting & Optimization :

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimize app and flow performance, and maintain compliance with enterprise security standards.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, document technical designs, and provide knowledge transfer to teams for long-term sustainability.

Skills & Requirements :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

- Experience in AI-based development using CoPilot Studio or equivalent frameworks.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or C++.

Integration & DevOps :

- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, code repository management, and solution deployment.

- Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to optimize performance and ensure application security.

- Capable of working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

- Knowledge of Dataverse and enterprise governance policies
