We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to champion citizen development and streamline enterprise user-developed applications (EUDAs). This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, mentorship, and strategic direction within a collaborative and innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train business users on Power Apps to promote citizen development.

- Collaborate with users to design and simplify existing EUDAs.

- Partner with product owners to guide solution design and backlog prioritization.

- Develop custom workflows and automation using Power Platform tools.

- Create and execute test plans to ensure solution reliability and accuracy.

- Deliver comprehensive Power Platform solutions, including solution packaging, role assignments, environment management, framework creation, and best practices implementation.

- Integrate Power Platform with external connectors and services.

- Build and maintain custom connectors.

- Collaborate with developers, system admins, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.

- Required Skills:-

- Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

- Knowledge of Azure services and integration patterns.

- Experience in the full lifecycle delivery of Power Platform solutions.

- Understanding of governance, security, and compliance within Power Platform.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Python for scripting and automation.

- Generative AI and AI modeling experience.
