- Implement and deploy Power Apps and Power Pages based solutions for internal use and possible external use.

- Analyze current processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement

- Gather and understand client functional requirements

- Perform gap analysis between a clients requirements and the functionality within Power Platform.

- Configure the application to meet a clients requirements using the Power Platform Customizations , Workflows

- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code

- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code

- Create technical specifications

- Development of application using IIS/ASP.NET/Win Forms/.NET Library/.NET components and SQL Server, MySql and other technologies ( web services, WCF) (Preferred)

Preferred work experience :

- Strong knowledge of .NET Core

- Design and development of client products.

- Develop and sustain software systems for the Enterprise (web services, middle-ware, database tables, stored procedures)

- Good understanding of Copilot Studio

- Collaborate with requirements analysts and developers from around the organization to develop approaches for implementing features and/or resolving problems.

- Write software design specifications and supporting documentation.

- Work with QA to develop comprehensive test plans and performance metrics.

- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot code and/or system defects.

- Create unit tests for continuous integration.

- Design and integrate business processes and data flows between Power Platform applications and other applications, such as back-office/ERP applications, PLMs etc

- Implement and deploy Power Platform Solutions

- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement

- Participate in technical discussions with clients

- Develop data conversion and testing strategies with Azure/Power Platform CI/CD Tools
