About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and optimize low-code business applications using Microsofts Power Platform ecosystem including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance workflow automation and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade apps within Dynamics 365, integrating with databases and APIs, and leveraging the broader Microsoft ecosystem to create impactful digital experiences.

What Youll Do :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

- Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) and integrate with internal and external systems.

- Build interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key business metrics.

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications for specific business use cases.

- Develop data integrations with SQL databases, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and third-party APIs.

- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient low-code solutions.

- Implement security roles, permissions, and data governance across Power Platform components.

- Troubleshoot and optimize app performance, workflows, and automation processes.

- Ensure compliance with Microsoft Power Platform best practices, version control, and deployment processes.

- Contribute to documentation, testing, and end-user training for developed applications.

What You Bring :

- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in application development with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of Power BI for report creation, data visualization, and analytics.

- Experience working with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and SQL Server for data integration.

- Proficiency in formula writing, Power Fx, and custom connector development.

- Understanding of data modeling, role-based security, and environment management in Power Platform.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration between cloud and on-premise systems.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker), PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), or PL-400 (Developer).

- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, or RPA integration within Power Platform.

- Exposure to DevOps for Power Platform, including ALM and CI/CD deployment automation.

- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
