About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying end-to-end business solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps.

- Automate workflows and integrate enterprise systems using Power Automate.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Customize applications using JavaScript, JSON, and HTML where required.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across Power Platform solutions.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, app development, and data visualization.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML for app and dashboard customizations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant / Developer Associate.

- Experience with AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.

- Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365 integrations.
