Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to leverage the Power Platform to streamline business processes, integrate various data sources, and enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps within Microsoft Power Apps to meet specific business requirements.

- Create, manage, and optimize automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flows).

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems (both on-premises and cloud-based).

- Develop custom connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate when standard connectors are not sufficient.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support for Power Platform applications and workflows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure data security, integrity, and performance across all Power Platform solutions.

- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Stay current with the latest features, updates, and best practices across the Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps).

- Proficiency in developing automated workflows using Power Automate.

- Experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service), SharePoint, or SQL Server as data sources.

- Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Power Apps customization.

- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.

- Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents or Power Pages.

- Experience developing custom connectors.

- Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).

- Experience with Azure services relevant to the Power Platform.
