Experience Required : 7 to 15 years

Job Summary :

- Architect and design scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), and integrations with Dynamics 365.

- Develop and manage RPA workflows to automate business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills :

- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)

- Microsoft Power Platform (MPP)

- Power Automate Desktop

- Dynamics 365

- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Power BI (Data modeling, visualization, DAX)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 are a plus.

Preferred Experience :

- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft technologies.

- Proven track record of successful Power Platform implementations.
