Power BI Developer - DAX Power BI

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Power BI Developer with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and emerging Generative AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT.

This role requires an individual who can design and develop advanced BI solutions integrated with AI capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making and automate business workflows.

You will work in an international Agile environment using Jira for project management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize complex Power BI reports and dashboards with advanced DAX and data modeling techniques.

- Create efficient, scalable data models that support interactive visualizations and self-service analytics.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.

- Develop and maintain custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and improve user experience.

- Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.

- Integrate Power Platform components with other enterprise systems.

- Utilize knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly ChatGPT, to build and test GenAI models tailored for business intelligence use cases.

- Integrate LLM-driven AI insights and natural language query capabilities within Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and explore innovative ways to embed AI-powered analytics.

- Work collaboratively in international Agile teams, using Jira for sprint planning, issue tracking, and project documentation.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Create technical documentation for BI solutions, Power Platform applications, and AI model integrations.

- Train and mentor team members on best practices for Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in advanced Power BI development including complex data modeling, DAX, and report optimization.

- Intermediate proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate development.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) like ChatGPT, including practical experience integrating LLMs with BI tools.

- Knowledge and experience in building, testing, and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) models using LLM technology.

- Familiarity with Jira and working in international Agile development environments.

- Expertise in Power BI data modeling concepts and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within fast-paced projects.
