Job Summary :

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong experience in Power BI development and working knowledge of Tableau to support the remediation of AI-generated BI migrations. The role focuses on reviewing and correcting DAX, Power Query, data models, and visuals, handling unsupported Tableau features, and performing developer reconciliation to ensure the migrated solutions are accurate, functional, and aligned with expected outcomes.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Power BI development.

- Strong experience with DAX and Power Query.

- Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Working experience with Tableau, with Power BI as the primary BI platform.

- Experience debugging and troubleshooting BI solutions.

- Ability to review and correct DAX, Power Query, data models, and visualizations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to perform developer reconciliation and validate migrated BI solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience working on BI migration or modernization projects.

- Experience handling unsupported or complex Tableau features during migration.

- Exposure to AI-generated or automated BI migration solutions.

- Experience with cross-platform BI migration between Tableau and Power BI.

- Strong understanding of BI development and visualization best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review AI-generated Power BI migrations and perform human-in-the-loop remediation to ensure accuracy and functionality.

- Correct and optimize DAX expressions and Power Query transformations where required.

- Review and remediate data models to ensure they accurately represent the intended business logic.

- Validate and correct Power BI visuals to ensure they align with the expected output and source solution.

- Identify and handle unsupported Tableau features during migration to Power BI.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and migrated BI solutions.

- Perform developer reconciliation between the original BI solution and the migrated Power BI solution.

- Validate migrated reports and dashboards for functional and visual consistency.

- Collaborate with relevant development and migration teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful remediation.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
