Role Overview :

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and efficient semantic data models. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL, and SSRS, with an understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.

- Create efficient and scalable semantic data models using Power BI, DAX, and SQL.

- Develop DAX measures, calculated columns, and queries to support business reporting requirements.

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage user access across Power BI reports.

- Configure and manage scheduled data refreshes and refresh automation.

- Optimize reports, data models, and queries for performance and usability.

- Maintain version control and follow Power BI development and deployment standards.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Hands-on experience in Power BI development.

- Strong knowledge of DAX and SQL.

- Experience with semantic data modeling and Power BI best practices.

- Experience developing SSRS reports.

- Knowledge of Row-Level Security and Power BI data refresh mechanisms.

- Understanding of report and dashboard performance optimization.

- Good analytical and communication skills.
