About the Role :

As a Power BI Developer, you'll transform data into intuitive, interactive dashboards through thoughtful design and efficient data modeling. You'll collaborate closely with business, data, and product teams to ensure insights are accurate, performant, and aligned with user needs.

Responsibilities :

- Define, document, and maintain Estimate Quality KPIs, including estimate accuracy, change request reduction, cycle time, and compliance.

- Design and build analytics-ready datasets and semantic models optimized for Power BI consumption.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for both operational teams and executive leadership.

- Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned metric definitions.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across reporting solutions.

Tech Stack & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent related IT experience.

- Advanced SQL with strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.

- Proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and semantic layer design.

- Strong experience in KPI design and translating business requirements into measurable metrics.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
