We are seeking a Power Automate Developer with 6+ Years of Experience and looking for an immediate joiner.

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer for an upcoming project focused on automating business processes within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Time Zone : 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Interview round : 1+2 Rounds

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

- Analyze existing business processes in UiPath and identify automation opportunities

- Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and other business applications

- Develop cloud flows, approvals, scheduled workflows, and notification processes

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions

- Ensure best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards are followed

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI is a plus)

- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook integrations, and Dataverse

- Experience with API integrations and connectors

- Understanding of workflow automation, business process mapping, and optimization

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred

- Experience with RPA and AI Builder is an asset

- Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft ecosystem integrations
