We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copilot Studio Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio. This role involves creating intelligent workflows, conversational bots, and integrated business applications that enhance productivity and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced solutions using Copilot Studio integrated with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Implement custom connectors and leverage Dataverse for data modelling

- Integrate AI capabilities into business processes for predictive insights and automation.

- Optimise workflows for scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across all Power Platform solutions.

- Guide junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development.

- Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform advancements.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance in all implementations.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing solutions for performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).

- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and conversational AI design.

- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure services, and custom connectors.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
