Description :

- Perform post-silicon validation, debugging, and verification of SoC/processor/platform features.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation methodologies for new silicon.

- Work closely with hardware, firmware, and design teams to identify, root-cause, and resolve issues.

- Write and optimize Embedded C code for test development, automation, and board bring-up.

- Conduct board-level testing, interface testing (I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, USB, etc.), and validation of system peripherals.

- Use Linux-based tools, drivers, and command-line utilities for validation and debugging.

- Perform log analysis, use oscilloscopes/logic analyzers, and identify silicon bugs.

- Document validation reports, test results, and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.

- Communicate findings clearly in verbal and written form to engineering teams and leadership.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Post-Silicon Validation

- Excellent programming in Embedded C

- Good working knowledge of Linux OS, shell commands, and debugging tools

- Familiarity with SoC architecture, microcontrollers, processors

- Experience in handling lab equipment oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyser, protocol analyser

- Understanding of interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, PCIe, USB, Ethernet

- Knowledge of firmware development and bootloaders is a plus

- Python/automation scripting (optional but beneficial)

Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
