Job Description : Project Manager
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end integration projects that unify multiple subsystems into a cohesive, high-performing solution. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex integration projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify, manage, and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control project performance, quality, and compliance with requirements.
- Lead integration testing, verification, and validation of systems to ensure functionality and performance.
- Ensure system solutions meet all technical requirements and specifications.
- Document and report project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Project Management Expertise : Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- System Integration Knowledge : Familiarity with integration architecture, design, testing, deployment, and industry best practices.
- Technical Proficiency : Experience with hardware, software, data, and process integration technologies and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and drive resolution efficiently.
- Communication Skills : Strong written, verbal, and visual communication to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients, vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Leadership Abilities : Skilled at motivating and guiding teams to achieve project goals under tight timelines and changing requirements.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical integration projects successfully.
