Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer to lead our

engineering team in designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, along with proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full stack applications.

- Drive technical strategy, code quality, and best practices across the engineering team.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications.

- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of systems.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.js / Java / .NET (any core backend stack).

- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.

- Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms.

- Exposure to data engineering or ML-based applications.

- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
