Responsibilities :
- Develop and fine-tune Transformer models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, XLNet) for NLP tasks (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition)
- Collect, pre-process, and annotate datasets for NLP model training
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with advancements in Transformer architectures and NLP
- Develop and fine-tune conversational AI models (e.g., intent recognition, sentiment analysis, dialogue management)
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, and data science
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Data Science (Preferable)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks
- Clarity on fundamentals of NLP and ML algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
