Polestar Solutions - Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

We are looking for Product Managers who have experience in building and scaling SaaS-based products in the AI and Analytics domain.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, product strategy, and stakeholder management skills to define and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions -particularly in Supply Chain and Procurement.

He/ She will play a key role in shaping product vision, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful go-to-market execution.

Depending on experience, he/ she will own end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, within Polestars 1Platform ecosystem, contributing to enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and analytics-led SaaS products in the supply chain and procurement domain.

- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and delivery to build scalable, customer-centric SaaS solutions.

- Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into data-driven, outcome-oriented features.

- Own the product lifecycle from requirement gathering and prioritization to delivery, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with Polestars 1Platform ecosystem, enabling unified analytics and AI-driven intelligence.

- Work closely with GTM, marketing, and sales teams to support product positioning, demos, and market launches.

- Monitor product adoption, usage analytics, and customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and drive product evolution.

- Ensure that product design aligns with SaaS best practices, scalability standards, and enterprise data security requirements.

Required Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.

- 5- 10 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on SaaS-based products in AI, analytics, or data-driven domains.

- Proven ability to build and launch SaaS platforms or modules successfully, ideally in supply chain, procurement, or enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of AI, ML, and data analytics applications in business contexts.

- Familiarity with SaaS architecture, APIs, user experience design, and cloud deployment models.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
