Polestar Solutions - Generative AI Architect - Python

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Architectural Design :

- Design and implement scalable Gen AI solutions that align with business objectives.

- Develop system architectures for real-time and batch processing of AI models.

- Ensure seamless integration of Gen AI frameworks with existing systems.

Model Development and Deployment :

- Lead the creation, training, and optimization of machine learning models.

- Oversee the deployment of models to production environments.

- Ensure models are explainable, robust, and compliant with ethical guidelines.

Technology Leadership :

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Gen AI technologies and best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms for Gen AI development.

- Guide and mentor engineering teams on Gen AI methodologies and practices.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify Gen AI use cases and define project requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Present architectural solutions and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Operational Excellence :

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems.

- Monitor and address performance issues in deployed models.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Gen AI workflows.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Engineering Graduate from a reputed institute and/or Masters in Statistics, MBA.

- 8+ years of Data science experience.

- Strong expertise and deep understanding of machine learning.

- Strong understanding of SQL & Python.

- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

- Exposure to Industry specific (CPG, Manufacturing) use cases is required.

- Strong client-facing skills.

- Must be organized and detail oriented.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :

- Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling AI/ML teams (Data Scientists, Gen AI Engineers, and Research Scientists).

- Experience in AI-driven product innovation and strategic decision-making.

- Active participation in AI communities, open-source projects, and knowledge sharing.

- Familiarity with serverless AI deployments, API design, and scalable model serving (FastAPI, Flask, Triton Inference Server).

- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for Gen AI model deployment.
